Clarification: Rule 3.d. Constuction: … v. “No part of the Boomilever may touch the testing wall farther than 15 cm below the center of the attachment holes.” This means that loading will be stopped and credit given only for the weight of bucket and sand at the time any part of the Boomilever touches the wall at a point more than 15-cm below the attachment holes.
