We’re less than 2 weeks away from the big day and I know you have been working hard in preparation.
Below are two files that will help you plan for competition day:
- Finalized schedule with room locations (rooms are subject to last minute changes, but these should be pretty accurate)
- JH Rose High School Map – annotated with event locations.
If you have not begun the process of having your parents “sign” the Google Forms that were sent out last month, please do so ASAP. Students can not compete without the required forms. If at all possible, please try to minimize paper copies and have as many parents as possible submit electronically.
Also, please see the email from Amy Lamb regarding Avogadro sign ups and scheduling. Please sign up students that are competing in a “Walk-In” event for one of the two time slots so we can accommodate any scheduling issues. Pay attention to other events that your “Walk-in” teams are competing in so you do not double book them for a time slot.
