Good morning everyone!
I hope that you all had a great day yesterday! I have published the scores in Avogadro, so head coaches can log in and see raw score data. For everyone else, here are the links to the spreadsheets for ranks in every event.
Division B
Separate scores – this is what medals and trophies are awarded from.
Separate scores – this is what medals and trophies are awarded from. There was a tie for the First place JV trophy. Ties are broken by the team with more 1st place medals.
Combined Scores – this ranks all varsity and JV teams together. This is the list that we will choose the FPOW candidates from. If you are not familiar with our FPOW program, please see the policy here.
Remember that scores are not final until 5pm on Wednesday. If you see a problem, head coaches should email Kim and we will get it sorted out.

Thank you. Alisa Wickliff
Hi 2018 NCSO Charlotte Tournament Coaches:
The updated schedules are linked now above. Remember we start 30 minutes earlier this year We will use Woodward Hall, Cato College of Education and Burson Hall this year for events. Each location outside SAC is about 5 -8 minutes walking so plan accordingly. The campus map is at this link.
The SAC will open 3 concession pod (Bojangles, Burger Stand and Papa John’s). Their estimated hours for Saturday, March 10, 2018 are 9:30AM-5:00PM. R
You will need to let us know at registration how many students may not want photos taken so that we can provide the correct arm bands. All teams and students need to be entered in Avogadro for this Tournament. Please send me your cell phone number so I can pre-load this on the Coaches check in sheet. I will not use your numbers outside of Saturday.
We are asking for volunteers this year from your schools to sign up for the Division that your school is not participating in. We have had some concerns expressed about equity and fairness. We reserve the right to ask volunteers to change events so that we can meet our event needs. If you are a coach or a parent of Division B school/events then we ask you to volunteer for Division C events and vice versa. If during the Tournament, I am notified that a coach/parent has not followed this rule then the team/school will be disqualified for that event. We ask that students not take phones to events. Coaches we ask you to enforce this rule.
Let me know if you have any questions. Thank you. See you soon. Alisa
