Dear Science Olympiad Students, Coaches, and Parents:
We look forward to seeing you on Saturday, February 29, 2020. The tournament held at Wake Forest University will have headquarters in Winston Hall in the front lobby. Please have your coach check in and pick up maps, schedules, and other information to make your day go smoothly. We will open check in at 7:30. There will be parking near Winston Hall. The awards ceremonies will be in 111 Annenburg Forum located in Carswell Hall (B-Division) and Pugh Auditorium in the Benson University Center (C-Division), so the students will end their day in those locations.
Our university requires that a coach or parent be in each headquarter at all times and that middle school students be escorted to events that are outside their home building. We also request that all headquarters and award spaces are left clean and food free at the end of the day.
We look forward to having a fun tournament on Saturday.
Gloria Muday, Carol Gibson, and Susan Tague.
