NC Science Olympiad Summer Camps
The North Carolina Science Olympiad with generous funding from the North Carolina Science, Mathematics, and Technology Center, is accepting applications for 4 different summer camps this summer.
Three of these camps will be one-week, full-day summer camps for rising 6th-, 7th-, 8th- and 9th-grade students. These camps run from Monday - Saturday. All participants MUST be able to attend each day including Saturday to be accepted into the camp.
The final camp will be one-week, half-day summer camp for rising 3rd - 5th grade students. This camp will run Monday - Saturday. All participants MUST be able to attend each day including Saturday to be accepted into the camp.
These camps are designed to increase student interest and competence in hands-on science activities in a relaxed, safe and fun atmosphere. Students do not have to be on a Science Olympiad team at their school to enroll. In fact, we give priority to students not currently on a Science Olympiad Team.
